2. to acquire some Interchain tokens - buying ATOM tokens is a good option, as it is readily available on multiple centralized exchanges (CEX) or via direct on-ramp

3. swap ATOM for LUM tokens - Osmosis is the most popular choice to perform swaps on a Decentralized Exchange (DEX)
